These Terms set out the rules for using the Tranquilpinewoodgrand website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you state that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification when you arrive.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where it applies; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless we agree otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property follows International law and is open only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the property safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Tranquilpinewoodgrand or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
